Shipping and Returns
If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased through our site for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 14 days for an exchange or Lira account credit. If you ordered the incorrect color, please let us know and we will be happy to replace it with a more appropriate choice. Products need to be unused and returned in their original packaging.
All returns require an authorization. To obtain a return authorization code, please call 877-440-5472 or email us at email@example.com. Unfortunately any returns sent to us without return authorization will not be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of Lira Cosmeceutical.
Shipping fees are only refundable when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by Lira Cosmeceutical or damaged. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Your “bill to” and “ship to” address must both be within the United States.
Please return your items via UPS or insured USPS. Should your return be lost or damaged in transit, carriers require that you file the tracer or claim. Lira Cosmeceutical cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please note that returns will not be accepted by any Lira Cosmeceutical retail location.
All orders placed are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise noted by the client. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving the order via fax, phone, or email. Shipping charges are determined by weight. Any order damaged in shipping must be reported to Lira Cosmeceutical within 72 hours of delivery.
Lira Cosmeceutical reserves the right not to sell as deemed necessary.
